BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• How do I secure my festive booking?

  All bookings remain provisional until a non-refundable deposit is paid. Deposits range from £10.00 to £20.00 per person depending on the package. For Private Function Hire, the full room hire fee is required as a deposit to lock in your date.

• When is the final payment due?

  Your final balance must be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. For any bookings made within 4 weeks of the event, immediate full payment is required upon booking.

• How can I pay for my booking?

  We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro), Apple/Google/Samsung Pay, or BACS bank transfers. If paying via BACS, please use the reference format: SURNAME + BOOKING TYPE (e.g., SMITH XMAS DAY).

• What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

  All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your event date, your deposit will be retained, but no further payments will be due. If you cancel within the 4-week finalisation window, the full cost of the booking will be chargeable and non-refundable.

MENUS & DIETARIES

• When do you need our food pre-orders?

  Final food pre-orders for Christmas Fayre dining, Christmas Day, and Party Nights must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. If pre-orders are not received on time, the hotel reserves the right to select a standard set menu on your behalf.

• Can you accommodate dietary requirements or food allergies?

  Yes! Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free options are clearly highlighted on our menus. Please notify us of any specific dietary requirements or severe allergies when submitting your pre-orders (at least 4 weeks prior to the event). Please note that our brochure menus are set and individual item substitutions cannot be made.

PARTIES & EVENT NIGHTS

• Is there an age limit for evening party nights?

  Yes. All evening party nights (including Join-a-Party Nights and New Year’s Eve) are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Valid photo ID may be requested upon entry. (This restriction does not apply to private function room hire).

• Will smaller groups have to share a table?

  Groups of fewer than 10 guests may be seated on shared tables with other partygoers to help create a lively atmosphere! Groups of 10 or more may be allocated across multiple adjacent tables. Room layouts and seating plans are managed at the hotel’s discretion.

• Can we bring our own drinks?

  No. Only drinks purchased from our bar may be consumed on the premises. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

ACCOMMODATION & LEISURE

• Do you offer discounts on hotel rooms for party guests?

  Yes! We offer a 10% Group Accommodation Discount when booking 5 or more rooms.

• Is leisure centre access included with room bookings?

  When you book your stay directly with us, you get FREE complimentary access to our leisure facilities, including our saltwater pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym!
